Hi, friends! Here’s a little peek at what I may typically eat in a day. You’ll notice that I eat often! Haha!
In addition to breakfast, lunch, and dinner, I have a morning snack and an afternoon snack. Eating often seems to really work for my metabolism; however, I do think most people benefit from smaller meals and the addition of snacks.

**I omit corn starch and use maple syrup as my sweetener of choice.
